SEAtS is a web-based application that runs in your internet browser. This article explains which browsers are supported.
Recommended Browser
Google Chrome is the recommended browser for SEAtS. It provides the best experience and is fully tested with all SEAtS features.
Supported Browsers
On Windows: Google Chrome (recommended) and Microsoft Edge. On Mac: Google Chrome (recommended) and Safari. Firefox is supported on both platforms.
Unsupported Browsers
Mobile browsers (on smartphones or tablets) are not supported for the SEAtS web application. The SEAtS mobile app should be used on mobile devices instead. Internet Explorer is not supported.
After Updates
After a SEAtS system update, it is recommended that you clear your browser cache to ensure you are loading the latest version of the application. This can usually be done by pressing Ctrl+Shift+Delete (Windows) or Cmd+Shift+Delete (Mac).
