This article explains how different Access Profile Permissions affect how users can access the User Notifications area.
Clicking on a permission will enable it for that Access Profile group. When enabled, the permission will be displayed in green.
Permissions
Access — Allows a user access to the User Notifications area in both the main and admin site (if access is granted).
The User Notifications area is where users can view and download generated reports, export files, and receive system notifications about completed tasks such as imports.
