This article explains how different Access Profile Permissions affect a user's ability to access and configure custom views in the main SEAtS site.
Clicking on a permission will enable it for that Access Profile group. When enabled, the permission will be displayed in green.
Permissions
- Access: This permission gives the user access to view and load custom views.
- Configure Personal Views: This permission allows a user to create and manage private custom views.
- Configure Public Views: This permission allows a user to create and manage shared/public custom views.
📝 Note: The ability to configure public views should be restricted to super users, as this permission also allows the SEAtS Standard view to be overwritten.
