Overview

The Requests screen allows students to create absence or support requests. Your institution determines the availability of this screen and the types of requests available.

Using the Requests Screen

The screen shows a record of all active or past requests. Controls at the top allow you to filter, search, and sort requests. Tap on a request to view additional details.

Creating a New Request

Tap the plus icon to create a new request. If multiple request types are available, you will be presented with options. Otherwise, the app proceeds directly to the new request page. The request can be sent once all required fields have been completed. Once sent, you will see a record of the new request. The status of each request will be updated as it is processed by your institution's staff.

📝 Note: If an absence request does not require approval, no status will be shown.
