This guide explains how to reprocess the swipes an individual card reader device recorded on a specific day.
The functionality is designed to be used for individual one-off day processing. Should there be a requirement to do a larger set of reprocessing over multiple days, it is recommended to contact SEAtS Support.
Permissions
The ability to reprocess swipes is controlled on access profile permission Reprocess Swipes, which is in the Devices section in the Admin Website category of permissions.
Instructions
- Log into the Admin site
- Click on the Devices tab — a list of devices will be displayed
- Click the checkbox in the row of the device that the swipes need to be reprocessed for
- Click the Reprocess Swipes button above the table
- A new modal will appear prompting the selection of a date
- Input the date that requires the swipes to be reprocessed, or select from the date picker calendar
- Click Confirm
📝 Note: Only one device can be processed at a time.
The job will run overnight and updated results will be visible in the application the following day.
