Students may use the SEAtS mobile app to request help or raise a case, where this feature has been enabled by the institution. The referral request may be directed automatically depending on the referral type and configurations made by the institution.

Instructions

    • Log into the SEAtS app
    • Click on the Requests menu icon
    • Click on the Add (+) button
    • In the new Request Modal, select Support
    • In the dropdown list, a list of case types and referral requests will be presented
    • Click on the appropriate type
    • Fill in any additional fields in the form, adding any relevant information or query to the Comments field
    📝 Note: The Comments field is a mandatory field — you will not be able to submit the form without this being complete.
      • Click Send

      You will receive a notification informing you that the request has been received, provided that notifications are enabled for the SEAtS App in your device settings.
