Overview

A link to class material, online resource, or virtual meeting can be added to scheduled events in SEAtS. This article explains how to access the Class Link from the SEAtS Mobile App as a student.

Instructions

Log into the SEAtS Mobile App.

Click on the Calendar to access timetabled events.

For online or blended events, when check-in is selected, a modal will open with the link option.

Click the hyperlink to access the resource.

A browser window will open with the appropriate content.

Zoom events will open within the SEAtS App by default.

Where eAttend and Virtual Attendance have been enabled for the event, your attendance status will update to Marked as Attended upon clicking the link.

For Zoom events with lesson type parameters configured, you may be recorded as Attended, Late, or Absent depending on the time you clicked the link.
