A useful spreadsheet with all SEAtS Products with permissions mapped to an image to each — the main application, administration site and mobile app. Images can only be viewed in the desktop app version of Excel (non-browser version).
The AP Permission Mapping document provides a comprehensive reference for all access profile permissions available across SEAtS products, making it easy to plan and configure user roles.
How to Use
- Download the AP Permission Mapping file from the Knowledge Base.
- Open it in the desktop version of Microsoft Excel (not a browser-based version).
- Use the mapped images alongside each permission entry to understand what area of the application each permission controls.
📝 Note: Images embedded in the spreadsheet will not display correctly if the file is opened in a browser-based version of Excel or Google Sheets.
