This guide explains how you can add a customisable Accessibility Statement within the SEAtS Application.

In addition to the SEAtS Accessibility Statement, a link to your own organisation's Accessibility Statement can be added to SEAtS and accessed by users via their Settings menu.

Instructions

Log into the Admin Site. Find Settings on the menu ribbon to access the customisation settings.

📝 Note: Access to the Settings tab is controlled through permissions in Admin Site access = Settings, where Access allows access to the page and Edit allows the user to amend fields in the Settings.

The two fields Custom Accessibility Statement Name and Custom Accessibility Statement URL need to be populated.

Type the name of the Accessibility Statement as you wish for it to be displayed in the user interface in the Custom Accessibility Statement Name field.

Enter the appropriate URL for your organisational Accessibility Statement in the Custom Accessibility Statement URL field.

Click Save. The custom Accessibility Statement can be viewed via the user's Settings option.
