The Student Created Absence Comment Report will detail any absences created by a student and list any comments added as part of the absence creation.

📝 Note: Not all institutions allow students to add absences, so this may not be configured in your instance of SEAtS. If your institution does not avail of student absence creation, the report will not return results.

Report Parameters

The report can be defined on the following parameters: - Dates (start/end) - Mandatory/Non Mandatory/All lessons - College Year - Course - College - Modules - International Status - Schools - Study Level - Student Year - Tags

Report Results

The report will display any absences created by a student, with a column detailing any notes added by the student.

The data returned will include: Student Number, Student Name, School, Course, Module Name and Code, Date of Creation, Start and End Date of the absence, Absence Type, and Comment.
