The Student Absence report can be run to get a list of students who have been marked as absent. The report can be defined to look at a particular time period, School/Course/Module, or particular student(s) or student types.

Report Parameters

The Student Absence report can be filtered on the following criteria: - Dates (start and end) - Mandatory/Non-Mandatory/All Events - College Year - Courses - College - Lesson Type - Modules - International Student Status - Schools - Students - Study Level - Student Year - Tags

Report Results

The report results will display any absences recorded within the parameters of the filters applied.

The data will display the Student's Number, Name, Course, Module and Group. The Absence Type, Date and Time, Module, Room, Lecturer, and any associated Comments will also be shown in the report.
