The Space Utilisation report will display the number of scheduled classes per school against the capacity of the school. The utilisation percentage is calculated by the number of rooms used against those that were not used. This indicates where schools can be utilised more effectively capacity-wise.
Report Parameters
The Space Utilisation report can be filtered on the following criteria: - Date (Start and End) - Mandatory/Non-Mandatory/All events - College Year - College - School - Student Year
Report Results
This report will display School Name, the number of Scheduled classes, the total Capacity of those classes, and the Utilisation percentage.
The utilisation percentage is calculated by the number of rooms used against those that were not used.
