Overview

This guide explains how to use the Activity dashboard to see the history of a case in SEAtS.

Permissions

Controlled by: SEAtS Website > Manual Intervention > Access. The types of case history displayed are also based on permissions set in Event Visibility > Case History.

Instructions

  1. Click on the Activity tab in the Navigation Bar.
  2. Use the From and To date fields to select a date range, or use preset options (Last 7/14/30 Days).
  3. Click Select Range to confirm.
  4. Click the Type field and select Case History from the dropdown.
  5. A list of case actions from the selected date range will appear.
  6. Use the Search feature to narrow results by Student Name or ID, or use filters to narrow by School, Programme, Course, or Module.
  7. Click on a specific case action to view further event details.

If no results appear, try extending the date range or removing applied filters.
