Overview
This article explains how different Access Profile Permissions control which users can view or edit data marked as sensitive. Sensitivity levels are used with notes, attachments, or custom fields and are categorised into three levels — A, B, or C.
Permissions Reference
Edit Level A / B / C — Allows a user to edit a custom form/field, note, or attachment with the associated sensitivity type. This applies to Notes, Attachments, and Custom fields/forms. When a custom field has been configured in the Admin site with a sensitivity level, and the appropriate Edit Level permission is applied, the field will appear for editing.
Access Level A / B / C — Allows a user to view the content of a custom form/field, note, or attachment with the associated sensitivity type. This applies to Notes, Attachments, and Custom field/forms.
