Overview

This article explains how different Access Profile Permissions affect what users can see and do in the Cases area of the main SEAtS website.

Permissions Reference

  • Custom Form Edit: Allows a user to edit custom forms configured as standard steps of a manual intervention. Forms are configurable per institution.
  • Access: Allows a user to access the Cases dashboard.
  • Add Intervention Step: Allows a user to record an action taken as part of a case or manual intervention. Available actions vary per institution.
  • SMS: Allows a user to send a text message to the student associated to the case (where SMS has been configured).
  • Assign Manual Intervention: Allows a user to assign or reassign cases to staff users or teams.
  • Custom Form Access: Allows a user to access custom forms completed as part of a case.
  • Close Manual Intervention: Allows a user to close an intervention, with the option to add a closing comment.
  • Export: Allows a user to export results from the Cases dashboard, or steps within a Case record to CSV or PDF format.
