Overview
This guide explains how to search and filter through existing cases in the Case Index page.
Instructions
Navigate to Cases by clicking on the Cases tab in the navigation bar.
Use the filter builder on the left to filter existing cases.
Available filters include: Assigned to, Status, Case type, Campus, College, and Dates.
Applying a filter automatically updates the cases list.
Filters such as Assigned to can be saved as a private custom view.
To search for a specific student's cases, use the Student search bar next to the filters.
Entering a student's name will update the list to show only cases for that student.
Use the Clear Filters button to remove any applied filters or searches.
