Overview

This guide explains how to reassign a case to another user or team in SEAtS.

Permissions

Controlled by: SEAtS Website > Manual Intervention > Access and Reassign Manual Intervention.

Instructions

  1. Click on Cases in the main menu.
  2. Select the case(s) you wish to reassign by ticking the checkbox(es) next to the record(s).
  3. Click Assign Advisor above the list.
  4. Click the Assign to dropdown and select the user or team you want to assign the case to.
  5. Click Assign to confirm.
📝 Note: This will override whoever was previously assigned to the case. The list will refresh to show the updated assignment.
