This report is run against a single student, showing their attendance pattern for each of their modules. In order to run the report, a user should search and select a student within the filter option.
Report Parameters
The Pastoral by Student Report can be filtered on the following criteria: - Date - Mandatory/Non Mandatory/All events - College year - Courses - College - Lesson Type - Modules - International student status - School - Student Study Level - Student Year - Tags
Report Results
The report results display a student's attendance pattern for each of their modules (according to the filters applied), according to the scheduled day and time of the event.
Symbols used for attendance pattern data:
Symbol | Meaning
- | Not Scheduled to Attend
L | Late for Class
A | Absent (Approved)
0 | Absent (Un-Authorised) / | Attended Class
X | Session did not run
S | Absent (Swiped Elsewhere)
Additional columns detail Possible Attendance, Total Attendance, Authorised and Unauthorised Absences, and Attendance Percentage.
