The SEAtS LTA (Long Term Absence) Report is one of a suite of customisable reports that come as standard with our software. This report lists long term absence by School (default level) as a percentage at a 2 and 4 week period.
The generated report has drill down functionality: - Selecting an individual school line opens a new report tab with the courses associated to the selected school - Selecting a course opens a new report tab with modules associated - Selecting a module opens a new report tab with the students associated to the module
Results are based on the end date set in the filter prior to running (default = today).
How Calculations Work
- If the student has schedules AND no attendance in the 0–2 weeks before the end date, they will be included in the count for 2W - If the student has schedules AND no attendance in the 0–2 and 2–4 weeks before the end date, they will be included in the count for 4W - If the student has schedules in the period, they will show in the total count
Report Parameters
The Long Term Absence Report can be filtered on the following criteria: - Start and end date - Mandatory, Non-Mandatory, or All events - College year - Courses - College - Modules - International student status - School - Study level - Student year (of study) - Tags
Report Results
The report outcomes will display the total number of students (based on applied filters) by School, with any associated absences of 2 weeks or 4 weeks recorded in the appropriate columns, and relative percentages shown in additional columns.
