Overview
SEAtS allows export of data via Export API, a job scheduler, or manual export from views and dashboards.
Export API
The Export API provides programmatic access to SEAtS data, ideal for integrating with other systems or automating data exports.
Authentication using API key or token is required.
Endpoints are available for various data types (student attendance, engagement, case data) with date range and filter parameters.
Supported formats include CSV and PDF.
Exports can be automated on a schedule or triggered by events.

Manual Report Export
Navigate to the reporting section or any dashboard. Apply custom filters and save views for quick access. Click the Export button to generate the report and choose CSV or PDF format. Download the exported report from the User Notifications area.
Report Job Scheduler
SEAtS includes a built-in job scheduler for automating report generation in the Admin site. Define report jobs with Type, Description, and Frequency. Set the schedule (daily, weekly, etc.). The scheduler automatically generates reports and notifies the user by email. See the article on adding a job schedule for step-by-step instructions.
