This guide explains how to access data related to a student's check-in time and method at an event.
Permissions
The method of attendance or attendance capture type visibility is controlled by access profile permission: SEAtS Website > Lectures > Access.
Instructions
- Select the Lectures tab on the main menu — the Lectures dashboard will open
- Search for the appropriate lecture using the filtering options available
- Select the lecture required by clicking on it
- A list of students associated with the lecture will be presented
Two columns within the dashboard — Check In Time and Check In Mode — will be displayed, allowing you to see how and when the students' attendance was recorded.
Column Configuration
If the columns are not visible, click on the Columns configuration menu located in the top-right above the list. Ensure Check In Mode is ticked in the first column and press Save if any changes are made.
Filter by Check In Mode
The list of students can be filtered by a particular Check In Mode using the filter option in the menu.
